PC Blogs has posted this article about the fellatious system we all work under in the UK police service today.
As an Inspector, my part in this is supposedly to manage (bully) my team to make sure that we increase ‘performance’ in something like 15 different areas, none of which has anything to do with real policing.

Apparently, the prisons are full because the government has been ‘tough on crime’ and the judges have been sending more people away for longer.
